When we are not sure how to quietly sit, slow down our “Monkey Mind” and recenter, sometimes we need a little help getting there. In this class we offer a chance to sit One on One with seasoned Meditation teacher, Amy Norfleet, ask questions and dive deep into what meditation really is and how it can benefit us the most. We can feel secure in finding what works best for us and learn how to be still, along with a deep Guided Meditation to help us along on our journey.
