ANYONE CAN LEARN REIKI

In the Reiki I section of the class, students will learn the history of Reiki: Spiritual Wisdom, Life Energy. Students are taught about Dr. Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata., and the evolution of Reiki. Students will learn what can be treated with Reiki, an introduction to the Energy centers in the body called Chakras and how to channel Reiki. Students will also be shown hand positions for self-healing. Students will also be introduced to the Precepts and encouraged to live by them, as well as some energy exercises to practice daily and an introduction to mindfulness.

Attunements are the most important part of a Reiki class and will be given to each student so that he/she will have the ability to practice. Once a person has received a Reiki attunement, they will have Reiki for the remainder of their life. For each Reiki level, there are attunements given to increase the strength of the energy. Once attuned to Level I Reiki, students will be able to practice Reiki on themselves.

During the Reiki Level II class, students will be given a deeper look into the practice. How to practice on others, given the Reiki symbols, and attuned to Reiki Level II. Students will also be given The Hayashi Reiki Healing guide or Hayashi Reiki Ryoho Shinshin’ as it was originally called in Japan.

For students interested in practicing Reiki at a higher level, classes are offered at all levels I, II, III, and IIII. All Reiki classes are also taught one on one per request. I am also happy to teach couples or to customize any class to fit your needs and schedule.

The class cost is $500 with a $150 deposit to reserve your spot payable by Venmo or Papal. This fee includes the whole weekend class, all materials, and attunements. Snacks, tea, and water are also provided.

*Optionally, this class is offered to those who only wish to take Reiki Level I and learn to heal themselves. You can come and sit in for the first day of class and receive the attunement to Level I Reiki and all materials pertaining to that class. The fee for day one is $300, with a $100 deposit.

**It is recommended that students refrain from alcohol use for 3 days prior to Reiki attunement. In addition, it is wise to refrain from eating meat for a few days prior, as meats tend to contain contaminants and to refrain from or lower tobacco and caffein use the day of. A good rule of thumb is, if it contaminates the body or mind, it is good to hold out prior to attunement as you may want to be nice and clear while receiving Reiki Energy from Source.
